Due to the digital nature of this business, we do not sell Physical Products that would require shipping.  Therefore, there is no “Shipping” information available.

Instead, please refer to our Digital Product and How to Download Our Products Policies.  

These Policies are listed individually and also copied into the body of this Policy, to provide easy reference. 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS - NO SHIPPING

All products available in this Shopify Shop, operated by Field Trip Travels, LLC DBA BittySpire with this BittySpireShop store are digital products, NOT PHYSICAL PRODUCTS.

As such, there is NO SHIPPING OF ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE

HOW TO DOWNLOAD

We cannot offer technical help due to everyone having different operating systems and browsers. Most mobile devices such as phones and ipads, do not allow for downloading through a link.

What Happens After Making a Purchase?

After you make your purchase, you will either receive a confirmation page with your downloadable link, or an email with your downloadable link too.

You can then download your purchase easily.

For files that are accessible and sent  using a PDF format, 

Most computers have pre-installed Adobe Reader on them, but if your particular laptop, Desktop PC, or mobile device does not have a PDF reader of some sort on it, you'll need one to view the items. Adobe Reader is the most common one and it's free.
